Returns and Refunds Policy

If you wish to return your order for any reason please initially review our Terms and Conditions. If you then wish to proceed with your return please email returnsandrefunds@signs-and-banners.co.uk and a member of our team will respond to your request.

Please note the following:

  1. Any unwanted items that you wish to return must be received by us within 14 days of receipt of the item.
  2. The returned item must be unused and neatly packaged in the original packaging on return to us, making sure the packaging is secured sufficiently for transit back to our warehouse.
  3. All pack quantities must complete (Part packs will not be processed for a refund).
  4. Any products returned used or damaged will not be refunded.
  5. For unwanted items, all outward shipping and return shipping charges are the Customer’s liability. In addition to this an administration fee of 20% (minimum charge £10.00) will be charged. We will deduct any charges from your refund. We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt of the returned items. Please allow 21 days for return and refund.
  6. Any defect, fault or shortage must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the item and action will be taken to replace or refund the order. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods or, where defective items are concerned, 7 days from acknowledgement of defect.
  7. For the personalised/bespoke products No Cancellations or Returns are possible once the order has been accepted unless the item is damaged by the courier.  If this is the case, please return the item within 7 days and a like for like replacement will be provided.

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for any returns as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received. Alternatively, we can arrange collection at cost.
